Scholarship

Phi Mu recognizes the importance of academics. We are committed to helping our members excel in this area! Alpha Alpha implements a number of incentives to encourage our members to excel throughout their collegiate years. There are many ways that our members are recognized for outstanding academic achievements. Some of our favorites include the weekly gift card raffle at chapter for achieving an "A" on a test and participating in a spring academic brunch for members who achieve the Dean's List and/or Presidential Honor Roll. Phi Mu arranges for a UGA Career Consultant to visit our chapter each Fall to teach to our members how to create exceptional resumes. In addition, we recognize members from each pledge class who have exceptionally high GPA's at our Parent's Weekend reception.  Phi Mu has specifically designed the position of an Academic Excellence Chair who is dedicated to supporting each and every member in their academic endeavors.
